Applied for Pune to Singapore tourist visa. Received visa in 12 days. Miss Rutuja handled by case. Had to visit there Pune Garware College Metro location office for submitting documents and picking up the passport after visa was issued. Most of the communication happened over email. Replies were prompt. Found visa processing service fee of BTW to be a bit higher. Overall experience was good!
