Very supportive staff specially Mr. Shankar. I highly recommend BTW for people who are first time travelers. They have different departments like Visa Processing, Ticketing, Hotel Booking and also foreign exchange. They are capable enough to take care of end to end requirement for a traveler. I appreciate their logistic service for sending and collecting documents anywhere from India and its quite fast. Only suggestion is if all departments works in sync it will be much easy for a customer. Customer need to take to multiple people for Visa, Ticketing, Accommodation and Foreign exchange. Overall had a better experience. Thank you!
