It was very nice experience of attentiveness and quickness on the part of BTW team especially Mr. Mayur Jadhav. He asked for the required documents, helped me to get those and also helped me to get the passport renewed first to get Visa for longer period ( process has limitation of validity of passport). I just now received a message from the Canadian embassy that passport is dispatched from Bangalore. We both are very happy and express our sincere thanks to BTW team especially Mr. Mayur.

I had applied for B2 Visa for USA for my mother in March 2022. USA embassy was flooded with applications and hence the interview date that I received on my own was all the way in September 2024.
