Tushar was extremely competent and helped me with all the required information regarding the US Business Visa. I like the no-nonsense approach of BTW staff. They are thorough professionals. I am happy with the prompt replies and organised structure that helped me in gathering the right amount of documentation, visa appointments, follow up etc to get my visa.

For my singapore visa I visited the site for BTW and entered the application form to which I received a call from a sales person Swapnil. Swapnil provided me with all the details of the documents and they sent an agent to pick up my documents. Initially the agent didn't give me any receipts for the documents that I submitted but later, once I had a talk with one of his seniors, they provided me with the receipt (which mentions what all documents were submitted by me). Post this the process took speed of light, and my application was submitted by the next day and I received my evisa in just 3-4 days. Another agent dropped the passport and visa to my location. Overall my experience was good. Thanks to Ashish, Swapnil, Dhiraj & Ganesh & all who helped speed up the process :-). Highly recommend their services.

I needed an USA visa for myself and my wife and as usual I contacted BTW Pune office. I was informed to go to Mrs Seema Bhong madam and she will do the needful for you. I met her and handed over the papers and passports and further she helped us in all the possible way to completely fill in DS 160 form with minute suggestions. Within 20 days all the process of issuing VISA was taken care by the BTW and in particular Mrs Seema Bhong. She was in touch with us till we receive the passports from Delhi to residence and shared all the movements regarding decisions taken at US agency. Really it a very fantastic experience we had with BTW. Not only Mrs Bhong looked in to our case sincerely as an executive, but i really appreciate the team efforts right from reception to the particular person. I have called many times to BTW but team is ever ready to help and response to queries very well till our satisfaction. I had a good experience and I got Canadian Visa also during pandemic previously as well as for Dubai and other countries I visited.
