My experience with BTW US Visa process was really good. They provided clear instructions with document list, timely reminder, filling out the forms etc. Only one instruction missed out was during US Visa Interview, for mens even small bag is not allowed. They allow only transparent folder with required documents and Rs. 100/- locker is available only for mobile/Smart Watch. Mr. Sopan was my contact person during whole this time with excellent support. Thanks
