My wife and myself had availed the services of BTW Visa Services for US Visa. Initially, while applying for Visa, I was hesitant on approaching or taking Services from any agency but later realised it was a wise decision to avail Services from a professional agency like BTW. During 2023, post covid, visa appointment was getting lot of time, more than a year. We had applied in March 23 and our initial appointment was scheduled in Oct 24, after almost 18months. BTW team, kept trying repeatedly for rescheduling to earlier dates and finally was able to successfully get the appointment in April 24, 6 months earlier than the first appointment date. All through this period, BTW team, particularly Ms.Seema Bhong was keeping us constantly updated on the efforts being taken. The communication from BTW team has always been crisp, adequate and without any ambiguity. As a result, we never had any reason to visit their office except for the very first visit. One month before the appointment date, Ms.Seema Bhong shared all the necessary documents required for biometric as well as for Visa interview, along with clear cut explanations on how to be prepared for the visa interview. We simply followed as told by BTW team and were successful in getting the Visa. Thanks once again to Ms.Seema Bhong and the entire BTW Services team for their guidance and support. I am happy I took their help.
Very supportive staff. Dhanashree Madam was our coordinator for Visa application/appointment. She was very supportive and provided all information for interview. We got US Visa without even visiting BTW office. Thank you BTW and Dhanashree Madam.
