For me there were issues initially. As a policy they (Agent) doesn't have a direct contact number. There are multiple people who attend which is a bit annoying. But they are true professionals. Helped us in getting the VISA pretty quickly. Thanks BTW. Please improve on the initial services and communications. :) Rest they are very good at what they do.
