I got tourist visa for Canada and USA through BTW. The overall experience was good. Mr Vaibhav Mane helped me and answered my queries from time to time. I would have loved to give full stars to btw visa services, but I have deliberately given one star less as I was wrongly told to carry photo of my daughter during interview and not during bio-metric appointment for the US visa, because of which lot of time was lost on the day of US visa interview. Rest all the services extended were efficiently executed. Thank you once again.

I needed Singapore travel visas I contacted BTW visas after contacting another place closer to home who just kept asking questions but had no knowledge. Ive had an excellent experience right from the start. I did not have to visit their office, they provided all information over phone and email, collected the documents and returned the passports, and payment completed online. Charges were reasonable as well. Staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Gave me the list of documents and costing right when I called, arranged pickup, within 3 days visa was issued, and delivered back at home. Ms. Sarika Jadhav and Mr. Arun Jutanatti were very professional and prompt. All the staff is very nice and polite. Will recommend!
