excellent experience from first approach to collection of docs however some basic things to be known to front desk officers that when couple approaches bio metric center each person should hold his passport & confirmation page in his hand at the time of entry At our moc interview officer of BTW clubbed them together & as such we had to search them detach them & entered in bio metric hall Also they are not aware that persons who cannot walk independently , on request are allowed to enter directly in main hall with the help of security personnel Except this everything is fine
