I have used BTW service for getting NZ and Singapore visa along with transit visa for Australia. I am quite happy with their service and found no difficulty in getting correct information on visa document needs and their help to get notarized documents. Their keep good records and inform on confirmation of visa status from time to time. They are cost effective but at times have some confusion on exact amount they charge, to different persons.
