I had applied for US VISA renewal through BTW. Services was very good .I have been interacted with Swapnil Aher.He is very enthusiastic. Initially I have submitted my documents with all required inputs in written & the application was created by BTW on behalf of me (DS 160 form) & sent me for verification through my personal email but never informed me. I personally called up them & they provided me an update that we sent you a form after couple of days so it needs to be changed & you suppose to call me .Also when I checked the form 40 to 50% form was wrongly updated especially in name .The duty was to see the information on passport & to update as it is. But that was not done & again I have to jumped in.So the change is expected that the representative who has interacted with us should complete the process.(I don't want mention the name who initially fill the form).But anyways Swapnil handled it very seriously with rigours follow up made me satisfied. So concern is that the service should inline with the service fees to be charged. Finally I have been collected the Passport from VFS centre to avoid any inconvenience. Suggestion is that passport should handover at doorstep of the applicant. Because I am staying at hadapsar & BTW office is at karve road. Again many thanks for support. Regards, Sunil Phadake

Very good experience with BTW Visa services. Within 1 week I have received my Japan visa. They have provided proper list of required documents. I had to do nothing except providing the documents. BTW Visa services India were very prompt and good in advising effectively and efficiently on procuring the necessary documentation for a Schengen visa application. They also got the necesssary affidavit arranged on time and we did not face any problem whatsoever at the VHF Global office since the application visa file was already prepared. We wish BTW Visa Services India good luck and keep it up. We would especially like to thank Mr. Ashish C and the travel insurance personnel for their readiness to help and understanding.
