They did process the visa efficiently and was always quick to respond to emails. However found it little difficult to contact the agent on telephone directly, which I guess was because they were busy, but was expecting a call back. Thanks again for processing the visa.
Got an excellent service by the team, appreciate +Omkar Bhujbal efforts to provide great service. Only thing I'll like to suggest is to tell the relevant extension after the first call so we don't need to connect via operator.
