Heyy!!! I applied for US J1 visa via BTW Visa Services. Everyone there was very helpful and polite especially Sanjana ma’am, She was my agent. Whenever I had a doubt regarding the process or documents I used to call her, if sometimes she was unavailable…she used to call back.
