Slightly disorganized staff if you happen to visit their office on a Sunday. But then they get the job done promptly!! I got my Singapore Visa within 1 day. We applied as a family of 3 with only bare minimum documentation. Also, BTW didn't ask for unnecessary documentation like few others do. One other agency (Thomas Cook & couple others) wanted my salary slips, employmemt certificate and even my kids' PAN card, yes!! That too for a silly Tourist Visa. BTW didn't ask for any of that and that itself was such a relief!! I can trust them to use their service again.

We recently went through the US Visa process with BTW. I gave 4 stars because our initial experience with BTW seemed to be a bit unorganised. But the person who got us assigned later, Dhanashree Sutar Ma'am, 5 stars for her! Initially there seemed to be miscommunication between the internal team. We had to take constant follow ups to know if our visa appointment had been booked, and once they got booked, we got mixed information from 2 different people - one said that the appointment had not been rescheduled, and the other said that it had. Finally, when Dhanashree Ma'am got assigned, our process became smooth. She was always available for our queries on call or in person and very patiently explained everything. She also explained us about the mock interview questions which helped us face the interview with confidence. We thank her and her team for the support.
