Heyy!!! I applied for US J1 visa via BTW Visa Services. Everyone there was very helpful and polite especially Sanjana ma’am, She was my agent. Whenever I had a doubt regarding the process or documents I used to call her, if sometimes she was unavailable…she used to call back. I visited the office 3-4 times just to make sure that the documents are correct and lined up properly before the interview and she checked them properly each time and asked me to do the changes wherever necessary.
