Canadian Tourist Visa: Overall a very satisfying and great service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for Tourist Visas. Note: They only deal in Tourists Visas. I had shortlisted a few agencies for Visa services before finalizing BTW. I visited them personally at their Pune Branch and Nagesh helped me with all the details around how the process would work and answered all my questions. (You don't have to visit them personally, it was my personal choice to visit in person. You can contact them via phone or email and they are very responsive). For us the process duration from submission of documents to Visa approval took just 2-3 weeks. Durvesh helped me through the entire process and proactively called me up with updates, follow-ups and next steps. He ensured that the process was smooth. The staff is very welcoming, soft spoken and treats you with respect. They don't take your money and forget. They work on your case with complete dedication. (At least that's my experience with them). Steps: 1. They would send you an email with list of documents that would be necessary for your Visa. (Depending on which country you are applying visa for). 2. You will have to make the payment and you have options to pay online via Debit/Credit Card, NetBanking or UPI etc. I am not sure about offline, but I guess they do have that option too. 3. Once the payment is made, you will receive the acknowledgment email and receipt which will be sent toy your email and your case will be transferred to their operations team. 4. Their Operations Team would get in touch with you, and you need to send them all the documents that were initially listed in their email. (Make sure to scan the documents with clarity and you can submit those via email. You can also carry hard copies to their office and they will help you scan all the documents) 5. They will fill an online application form based on your documents and they will send it to you for your review and approval, before that application is submitted/processed online. 6. Upon submission of your application, it's all the waiting game. If your visa is approved, BTW will schedule appointment on your behalf for Biometric and you need to visit in person to your opted location/center. 7. Once the Biometrics is done, BTW will schedule an appointment for passport submission. Note: You have to ensure all your documents are in order before you submit them to BTW to avoid any delays. I ensured we had all the documents in place before making the payment and starting with the process. Hope this helps!

This is the second time we have availed of BTW Visa Services for Visa application. Some 7/8 years ago we had approached them for Canada Visa which was as pleasant and satisfying as this one.
