I have been interacting with various BTW personnel continuously for a period of 3 yrs, for our USA visa. The Visa interview had got postponed due to covid situation and getting dates post covid was a big task. Throughout this, the staff at BTW, Pune had always been there to assist and guide me. There is no parking in front of the place. But you can take the next inner road and there is some limited parking there. I suggest to bring a two wheeler or come via auto rickshaw. The visa services are quite professional.
