Great experience with the agency. I applied for my mother's visa via drop box. Vinayak Khandare who was the case manager was very responsive and helped me every step of the way. All we had to do was to fill the form and provide photos and passports. The submission/passport collection was done by the agency and the whole process went without a hitch. I would recommend/use the same agency in future.
