BTW Pune referred my US Visa case to BTW Mumbai, hence communication was only with BTW Mumbai Executive Mr. Ajit S. Yadav. Who seems to be very sincere provided good assistance and updated me from time to time. However , I feel that his net working with VFS and BTW Pune Office suffers due to his positioning in the organization. Higher authority should support him to overcome the short comings by properly introducing him with others, so that he can deliver his best.
