Chinamy D is a skilled professional and always available to help. With his support, my visa was approved. However, BTW as a company could improve in a few areas—the letter formats are outdated and would benefit from a refresh. Tailoring templates for different situations, rather than using the same one for everything, could also save time. Additionally, having some support available outside of office hours would be helpful. Overall, it was a positive experience.
