I have approached BTW Visa Services, Pune in August 2022 for the first time for getting UK Visa. My experience was amazing as the entire staff / Executives were very courteous, helpful and guiding to the best satisfaction of the clients. That time I had interaction with Shri Nagesh. With this experience, it was but natural that I have decided to approach BTW again this year for UK Visa. This time my case was alloted to Shri Ravi Verma of their Thane office. I am delighted the proactive role and complete guidance, hand holding provided by Shri Ravi.
