Pros: 1. Good hospitality. 2. Sure shot visa as they ask lot of documents. 3. Home delivery of passport. 4. Efficient employee - Mr Navnath. 5. Situated in prime location so easy to locate. 6. Reasonable singapore visa charge. Cons: 1. There is a disconnect between people who sit in office and one who take your lead and give visa details. Information was not correctly mentioned because of which I traveled 2 times from hadapsar. 2. Why 2% charge on credit transaction That's totally disappointing. My Kirana shopkeeper keeps card machine and he didn't charge 2% and this big firm doing chindi act feels bad. Looking for better future service.

Excellent service with no ambiguity. I had applied for Swiss tourist visa and had it processed smoothly and quickly. A special mention to Neha who handled all my queries and helped me with application. Though they charge higher than other service providers, its totally worth it.
