I received the Singapore visa for my Niece and Nephew from BTW visa and Sachin Mohol from BTW was quite helpful to complete the process for me remotely. However due to the timeline changed by Singapore embassy we have to continuously chase BTW but all the time it was well managed and proper response were received. Secondly the Passport & Visa were delivered securely at the remote location required once the process is completed. Thank you Sachin !!!
