Rating - 5/5 I had reference of BTW for my Europe visa processing from one of my colleauges. I approached BTW and from beginning, it was really a very good experience and pro-active response from their entire team to expedite on each and every activity. They have different team members for each activity and that is what I think is strength of their organization and commitment to customer satisfaction. Till now I have come across very few such service providers who works so efficiently and pro-actively. Nothing to complain about. Worth a referral to your colleagues / relatives / friends.
