We visited the BTW office on Monday 07 July 2025 for US Visa appointment scheduling. We got detailed discussion with the executive and later got an email regarding the further procedure. After submitting the required documents on-line we got a call the next day that is 08 July 2025 for the appointment scheduling. While speaking with us on the phone the operation executive Mr. Sopan got the appointments for Biometric & Interview both at Mumbai VAC. It was very quick and prompt. Sopan was very polite and helpful. He explained all details regarding this both appointments and the required documents for the same. Overall the experience with BTW office was one of the Best.
