The business visa is issued to travellers who are visiting the country for the sole purpose of taking part in business in Ghana. This includes mergers, meetings, business expansion, collaborated project, and so on. However, professionals such as teachers, dentists, lawyers, etc cannot practice with a business visa. The visa is generally issued for 3 months as a single entry type. However, depending on the decision of the High Commission, multiple entry visa can be issued for 6 months and more, or till the validity of the passport.

1. Fill in the details in the online form at the Ghana High Commission website clearly and upload the required documents.
2. Acquire a bank draft in the name of ‘Ghana High Commission, Delhi’ for the application fees, as the visa can only be paid through a draft.
3. Print out the completed application form and attach the original documents, bank draft, and send it to the authority.

 Upon successful processing of your visa, your passport with the visa stamp will be sent to your given postal address, or you can pick it up from the particular visa authority. The application for the visa is a tiresome process, and also requires extreme caution while applying as any mistakes could prove to be fatal. • Covering letter from your company, mentioning the details of the visit

• Yellow fever vaccination - certificate showing immunization
• Proof of employment
• Financial proof - Personal bank statements for the last 6 months

Even most of the procedure has to be done offline, the Ghana Business Visa is processed fast. An ideal application is processed within 3-5 working days. However, based on several other factors and complications to the applications, it might take longer. 

The visa fees for the business visa depends on the length of the visa, the number of entries, and also on the urgency. It can also vary without prior notice. No other modes of payments are permitted.
