Armenia Business Visa - Everything You Need To Know - (Indian Passport Holders)

There are certain formalities are to be carried out at the time of doing business in any foreign country. Most important of which is issuing a business visa. Armenia business visa is nothing but a permit or grant that gives the business person the authority to carry out any kind of business in Armenia. It is issued for attending business conferences, a business meeting for a branch of your own organization or a sister company, or attend client meetings, or others. The validity of the visa is for 90 days and maybe extendable.

To apply for a business visa to Armenia, an online and offline procedure is to be followed. The procedure for the Armenia business visa is given as follows:

1. Fill out the application form on the official Armenia embassy website.
2. Pay the fees for the application form online.
3. Print the application form along with the payment receipt.
4. Attach 2 passport sized photographs to the Visa Form.
5. Mail the application form along with supporting documents by post to the Embassy or Consulate of Nigeria.

There are chances that with wrong and incorrect information in the application, you may have to face visa rejection. You must also note that visa rejection can even affect your future visa applications.

  1. You must possess or have access to sufficient funds to be able to cover your stay and other expenses in Armenia.
  2. Bank statement or any equivalent document is to be submitted as well as proof of the same.

The time required for the visa processing and the commercial documents depends upon several factors. These include the type of visa, the number of entries, whether or not attestation of documents is needed, and others. The Armenia business visa is generally processed within the next 4 to 10 business days. The time span may increase or decrease depending upon the factors previously mentioned.

The business visa fee is estimated based on certain parameters like the services that you avail or the urgency of the requirement of the visa. Business visa, at times, may even require attestation of documents which is done separately generally before the visa application.

After the submission of the documents, there are certain procedures that take place -

• If there are any other requirements to be fulfilled or if there are any mistakes in the application, the embassy or the agency must be informed.

• Before you travel
1. Make a note of the visa expiry date, as well as the number of entries permitted. You must not stay in the country beyond this period.

   2. The business visa does not permit you to employ the residents or reside in the country.
   3. It is a permit that allows you to only perform business and business-related operations in the country. You are still permitted tourism.
   4. The tourist prohibited areas must be stayed out of.
