Common Reasons for Visa Rejection
There are several causes for a visa rejection. Some of the common reasons include a civil crime committed by the applicant, submission of fake documents, invalid passport, lack of sufficient funds, travel history of the applicant and a few other reasons. You can consult your visa consultant to know the chances of a visa rejection.
Well, a previously rejected visa does not necessarily affect your application for a Brazil study visa. The reason behind the rejection of the permit is what can affect the application. If the reason is lack of availability of sufficient funds and this requirement for the student permit has been fulfilled, it will not affect the application. In case there is a serious reason behind rejection such as a criminal offence in the name of the applicant, the student visa application is most likely to get rejected.
You can stay in the country looking for a job until the validity of the visa ends. You are obliged to leave the country once the visa expires. The case would be different if the university that you have applied has facilities of placements for its students. Even then, you will have to leave the country before the expiry of your visa.
