What is Kuwait Business Visa?

To perform business-related activities, one requires a business permit to enter the country. This type of permit is given for a duration of 30 days to be used in a 90-day period with a single entry. However, a multiple-entry visa may be issued when your business sponsor is the ministry of defense. Residents of GCC countries and a few other nations can get a visa on arrival in the country. 

How to apply for the Kuwait Business Visa?

The process of applying for the Kuwait Business Visa for Indian citizens can be followed below. Please note that if you are an Indian citizen residing in one of the GCC countries, you may be eligible for the visa on arrival. 

  1. Acquire the necessary documents required for the application.
  2. Download the application form from the website of the Kuwait consulate.
  3. Fill in the form with the details and attach your photos on it.
  4. Submit the application, along with your documents to the Kuwait embassy or consulate.

Alternately, your sponsor in Kuwait can apply for the visa over there for you. This will require you to provide them with your passport copies, and details.

  • While you are on a business permit, strictly adhere to the regulations of it. You cannot work or take up a job while you are on this. 
  • Follow and ensure that your stay is in accordance with the Kuwait laws.
