1.      Passport — Valid for at least 6 months from your entry date, with at least 2 blank pages. Must not be older than 10 years and must not contain any Israeli stamps or visas.

2.      Passport photos — Two recent colour photos, 3.5cm x 4.5cm, white background, full face visible. Taken within the last 6 months.

3.      Application form — Completed Lebanon visa application form, printed and signed. Download from the VFS Global Lebanon portal.
