• Introduction Letter: From the Indian company, introducing the representative and stating the purpose of the visit.
• Position Proof: Documents proving the representative's position in the company (e.g., ID card, appointment letter).

• For Self-Employed Individuals:

• Business Proof: Documents proving the business activity (e.g., registration certificate, tax returns, business license).

There are certain documents that are needed for the issuance of the Belarus business visa. The documents necessitated along with the visa application form are as follows:

• Passport with a validity of 6 months ahead of the date of travel.
• Visa application forms, completely filled and signed.
• 1 passport size photo (35x45mm) with 70% to 80% face coverage and white matt finish background.
• Proof of accommodation - Hotel Bookings, Invitation letter, etc.
• Confirmed airway tickets.
• Proof of travel insurance.
• Letter of invitation from the host company on the company letterhead (if applicable).
