The time taken to process the Pakistani visa is around 5-6 working days. The fees for the permit depends on the exact type of the permit, the number of entries, and so on. It can also vary slightly depending on the foreign exchange rates. As a result, ensure that you check the exact amount before starting your application.

Since the entire process is offline, there is no online tracking services provided by the High Commission. However, if you have applied through a travel agent, you can contact them to check if they can check the status by contacting the High Commission.
The High Commission of Pakistan in New Delhi is the visa issuing authority in India. As a result, your application must be made to the High Commission. You can apply through a reputed travel agency as well. However, in certain cases, the High Commission may demand your physical presence and also may ask you to attend an interview.
If you require a tourist visa, you will have to visit an authorized tour agent or travel agency to obtain the permit. You are not allowed to apply directly for the tourist category.
The Paksitani entry permits are non-extendable unless in certain extreme circumstances. The tourist category is non-extendable in all the cases. In certain extreme cases such as a Force Majeure, you may obtain an extension. In all other cases, you will have to leave the country immediately.
As per the requirements, there are no medical test requirements for the short term permits. However, certain categories of the long duration permits may require you to get medical tests done. Although, you will also need a Polio Vaccination certificate. Either way, it is suggested that you get a medical check-up done before travelling to a new country.
The visa requirements do not mention a specific amount for applying for the visa. As per the requirements, you are simply expected to possess sufficient funds to support the entire duration of your stay. You must also make sure that the funds are easily accessible to you and that your transaction history is stable.
Even though the processing time for the Pakistani permit is around 5-6 working days, it can take much longer depending on several factors. As a result, you must apply well in advance. As per the recommendation, it is advised that you apply at least a week before your intended travel date.
The rejection percentage is quite low for the Paksitani permit.
